Why shifting gears on my Chevy getting hard to do?

I had the clutch replaced on my manual transmission Chevy, it has a hydraulic system. This was 3 weeks ago. Everything fine til yesterday when I began having difficulty shifting gears. With the motor off no problem gears go in well but with motor on it is hard to do. I bleeded the hydraulic system, and after a while of running the shifting of gears was smooth. Then at night after work I drove, all well but a few minutes later the gear shifting again was hard to do. This morning I started the car, gears went in easily but after 30 minutes the gear shifting was hard to do. This situation is going off and on. Any help appreciated.

Is your trans. fluid level? Is it the correct fluid? Is it harder to change gears at higher RPM than lower RPM? (if so may be a gear syncro or transmission fluid problem) Does your clutch pedal come up all the way and is it the same stiffness as before your clutch replacement? (if not may need to bleed clutch)
