i mean that all people has a dream to have their own business, so why they still working in a company or place they don't own and did not take a step to start their own business ( i'm one of them )!!!!!!

(2) cherish the security of a regular paycheck, versus the fear of the unknown.
(3) not having the knowledge or experience required to start a business.
Not everyone is cut out to have their own business. Even some successful business owners, at the end of their 18 hour day, dream of the days when they could punch out at the end of their 8 hour shift and go home.
