why my nephew don't have his name on his college graduation program list?

I went to my sister's son graduation. he graduated from UC but what is weird is his name was not on the list and they did not call his name to walk on stage to get his degree. I never ask but i just have that feeling my nephew was hiding something from his parents...did anybody graduate from college without his name on the program and not even call to walk on stage..
 
Agreeing with Crzywriter my mom did not walk when she received her 2nd Bachelor's. She just told the school to send it to her. But I would also ask him why he waisted your time being there.
