I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville, and recently the RPM is very high. Its normal is 625 when at park or when you brake. When I start my car its rises up to like 1600 and then goes down slowy to 850. When I'm driving it starts to accelerate, and I dont even have to press the gas and it still goes up. Then when I put it on park, for I can start the off /on again, it goes up to like 3000. I've took it to mechanics, and they replaced the IAC (Idle Air Control) like 4 times already and the problem still occurs. Can any one tell me what the problem is?
