once a month my car left me an a parking lot 'cause when I turn the key triying to start the engine simply is doing nothing, no noise from the starter, no clicks, nothing!!!,few hours later or next day the car turns fine. I put a new battery, new post, new starter, new relays,I checked all the conections, and fuses and everything looks normal, the only thing that I noticed different is the SECURITY light on the dash is ON all the time, I don't know if is something related with the alarm system,if yes could you tell me how to desconect the security device

It maybe related to a flaw or fault in security system or the main comp or it's in the ignition or it's a faulty wire some place in the system, or a real bad ground connection etc.
If you could trace the wiring harness's dealing with the main comp , ignition and all the grounds especially going to the main comp=PCM=ECM you'll probably find the problem but again it could be a combination of things all related to what I've mentioned.
However I'd start with reading the owners manual and I'd call up the dealership too to find out any info I can on the problem but I suspect that you're right the light that's on regarding the security is the issue at hand causing the vehicle to think that the security system is being some how breached. It may require a program update or flash or simply a factory bios reset or you maybe able to reset the system yourself manually.
One other this since you seem to be handy with such things and don't mind fixing it yourself I'd be checking the fuses in that vehicle in the under the hood fuse box and in the vehicle one by one and cleaning their pins or legs , plus check all the relays too clean anything and everything you can see that's either a ground or power junction.I highly suspect that that vehicle being a 91 that some of the ground and ground wires need to be replaced not just cleaned , check for any grounds behind the dash and under the carpet too.
I really recommend that you buy yourself a 12 volt positive and negative led test light probe, they run from about 60 bucks or so from auto parts stores or Snap On etc.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way it not hurt to call or better yet talk to the customer service rep at the dealership to find out if the vehicle has any recalls or any service bulletins regarding this problem , just remember to bring in your ownership for the Vin numbers.
