why ms publisher doesn't let me e-mail a business card?

I made some business cards with ms publisher, i want to send it in e-mails as a message, i configured outlook 2007 using the e-mail address i use in the card, it took long time, but i did.

when i want to send the card, it says to install outlook 2007, configure it and restart ms publisher to take effect......i did all that..but nothing...

also it says to contact my system administrator.....but i have total access to manage the pc in my account....is not that i am not allowed to do things as a user.

what else am i missing?

are there other steps in ms publisher before sending e-mails?

help me please!!!!
