I'm trying to use this line in my pages:

I'm using GoDaddy and I heard to include html files that an htaccess file needs to be created custom which I don't know how to do, so I saved it as a shtml as well and still doesn't work, nor does it when I include file when in the same directory as header. I'm stumped and google results haven't helped despite trying many variations. What are the requirements on <html> <head> and <body> tags on the included html/shtml page? Anything I'm missing? Thank you
