YHVH offers us the power, through YAHUSHUA, so we can be obedient. We are never given permission to be saved in sin. The first is grace, the second licentiousness, which some palm off as grace, but it is a lie.

It is not double-minded. God is infinite and perfect in * all * His characteristics. This covers, not only love, but justice and holiness as well.
People are always hip to God's love and may make some attempt to understand it, but it's His justice and holiness they tend to forget ... or at least * try * to forget.
His perfect holiness requires Him to be repulsed by our sin. His perfect justice requires that sin be punished.
His perfect * love * brought about Christ's atoning work on the cross.

double minded = unstable? Would it not make one God an oxymoron?

Who in their right mind would approach this God,
lest he might be having a law worketh wrath day?
Law: I will utterly forget you and I will forsake you: Enmity.
Grace: I will never leave you nor ever forsake you: Friend.
Law: sinners all, none righteous; so none enter, all perish
Grace: sinners none, all righteous; so all enter, none perish
Law: fault-find, chastens & scourges, bites & smites
Grace: no blame game nor shame, upbraideth not
Law: both good and evil... corruptible
Grace: good only, never evil... incorruptible
Law: both constructive and destructive
Grace: constructive only, never destructive
Law: saved and destroyed after
Grace: saved only by truth only
