Why judge people on where they were born as in illegal immigrants why not judge...

...ALL on their actions? I get fed up with all this debate about immigrants coming and feeding off the welfare state, or committing crimes there are crimes committed by people that were born here just as there are people, from my class in school actually that never intend to work, judge the action not an accident of birth.
Link Someone with no money or skills would in theory be refused. So where, in theory, does that leave ppl born in Britain who fall into that category?? Because they are born here the rule does not apply??

The difference between an "Immigrant" and an "Illegal Immigrant" is one has declared their desire to move to a country and been accepted legally and one that has entered the country illegally or has entered legally and stayed beyond their permitted stay.

Immigrants and Illegal immigrants are not the same thing.

To immigrate legally into the UK from outside the EU you need to show your reasons and have demonstratable proof that you will not be a burden on the society. - For example a qualified Surgeon with 20K in the bank would have no problem at all getting a work permit here. Someone with no money or skills would in theory be refused.

Wait until you're old enough to pay taxes. Then come back and tell everyone whether you're happy with your hard-earned money being spent on housing, feeding and clothing people who have no right to be here - illegal immigrants.
"Immigrants" are a completely different thing. English people living in Spain are immigrants to Spain, Australians living here are immigrants to England. They work for a living and look after themselves.
