Why Japanese(toyota) takes faster to make a car than U.S(ford)?

must be the planning process, but why?

Does anyone know how long it takes them to make a car?
 
its bc toyota vehicles aren't reliable fords are better and more fuel efficient bc ford invest more on its cars than toyota
