Max, and the rest with the ??'s and to explain the OPS question...as i understand it at least...

Geinter and BO, per the press conference and meeting with congress today, are now saying they may not allow the banks who want to pay back the tarp borrowed money strictly on the basis that they have the money to pay back, but more that they also have to meet a set of criteria besides just having the payback as set by the treasury.

aka, if you have the money to pay back, tough. you have to be able to meet, a.b.c.d.e.... before they will let them pay it back and off the hook.

to the OP...

Cause it government control their after. pure and simple dude.

I'm not sure what you're asking. I don't know about you, but I have financial freedom. Taxes exist, but they always have. Traditionally, Democratic presidents are in favor of increasing them but there has never been a time when we've not been free to spend our money as we choose. That some put it to more wise use than others is a fact of life. Personally, I've paid for my home and have no debt. Pretty much everything I earn beyond taxes, utilities, food, home/auto insurance, retirement investment, clothing and health care is disposable income for me. I've never had anyone tell me what to do with it. I dislike Obama's policies as much as anyone, but I can't say that he's denied me financial freedom. Neither can anyone else.
