I went into my phone to try to backup my contacts, and it keeps having that connecting sign. After it fails it says "Upgrade check not available. (0)" So I went into my account on verizonwireless.com and tried to go into the contacts on it. I pressed the continue button and nothing happens. There is an error on the page. I looked at the error and it had this address: http://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/ba/secure/backupassistant.action
I went to that address in my browser, and it came to a web page that said:
Http/1.1 Service Unavailable
Does this mean Verizon is having troubles with their Backup service? Should I contact them? Is Backup Assistant working for others???
I have an LG Cosmos phone.

My sister has a Samsung Intensity, and it doesn't work for her phone either.
