Why is volume 2 of the Russian Criminal Tattoo Encyclopedia so expensive?

I have all 3 volumes and all show different aspects of tattoo's in the Russian underworld but i do not see why volumes 1 and 3 retail around 15 and volume 2 sells from 80 to 200?
