why is this eerie thing happening from the time i enter my house ?

even though i do not believe in paranormal phenomenon yet i feel something eerie is happening with me and my family.i have 2 houses one in kolkata(WB,India) and the other in malda(WB,India).i stay in kolkata for my studies.but the problem is that my house in malda is continuously facing some eerie problems.My family living in malda is continuously facing different health problems .Even though other houses in my locality have maid servants,we inspite of trying our level best cannot get a maid servant.We are ready to pay them higher salaries,yet nobody seems encouraged to work in our house.Even if somebody comes to work she(maid) just leaves our house within an hour.Most strangely i found that now when i came to my house in malda from kolkata this summer after a rouitine medical checkup it was revealed i too at the age of 20 have serious health problems related to heart and liver.I have high triglyceride value in my blood which is unnatural at my age.I am finding this strange because even last year i was fully fit.another strange thing is that we are not having a peace of mind during our stay in malda even though we have nothing to worry about.In our house our electrical appliances like tv,fridge,ac etc are malfunctioning one after the another.it seems as if some spirit/devil/whatever is trying to harm us.last but not the least in certain corners of our house whwn i stand alone i feel that as if someone else is also present there.so guys please help me out,i simply cannot understand why such a thing is happening with us.Please help me ,please.
