why is this court allowed to have the u.s. and texas flags in their courtrooms?

at the last hearing for child support i couldn't take my eyes from the flags as i couldn't understand why they were in the room with such gross injustices taking place.

my ex-wife(then my wife) lost her lifelong battle with bipolar disorder soon after our child was born. as it worsened through her twenties, i urged her to get help, but the disease( i am told now) had begun to defend itself from being addressed.
it became so bad that all that i could do was tell her that i couldn't do it anymore, that i was nearing the end of my rope.
one night, as she bathed our daughter in the bathtub i heard the baby crying and all of a sudden go quite for a moment or two, followed by gurgling and coughing. i ran to the bathroom where found them, our daughter trying to catch her breath....i knew that my wife had held her underwater....
i took our daughter to a friends house to get us both out of there. my wife came up missing the next day and we didn't see her again for 5 years.
when she surfaced again she was suing for divorce and custody. i had initiated the first step of a divorce by publication a year before but never went through with it. apparently someone in my family had found her playing with their "find anyone" internet service 6 months before i got the divorce papers and they had had a heated argument. my family never told me this had happened as they were to embarrassed. my wife had told them that she had just gotten an inheritance and would pursue custody with it..i got blindsided.
upon mine and my daughter's arrival back in state we were assaulted from every side by the court system who had only heard my wifes side of the story and bought every bit of it...a two year battle took place between myself and family services...at the end i won custody but only because i called for a jury trial. i went pro se and dragged family services and all of their well paid henchmen into the light of that jury and exposed them. i became very popular with attorney's in the area because everyone had heard how a pro se had taken on and brought down the system against a notoriously ruthless attorney who had the backing of that whole system...needless to say, that system carries a grudge. i've been subjected to the worst they can muster since and they even put me in jail for dissallowing visitation at one point when i knew my daughter's life had been endangered...time after time i was met with a wall as sought to protect her from a house of shear lunacy...it continues to this day...i can get no justice even with the attorney general on my side...the same court allowed my ex-wife to slide on 4 years of non-payment child support, $5000, probated her sentence and informed her to begin paying me back the $5000 with $25 a month payments...! they still hold that grudge and i know they see me as some kind of villian as they believe i abandoned my wife and stole our child originally...i'm nearing the end of my rope again...but i'm trying to see it their way now...i keep turning it over and over in my hands but i just can't see it...i've now called my state rep and am ready to call in the federal government as well on discrimination as if she was a man she would have been locked up for 2 years...any of your thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

Long story short, same kind of thing happened to me and my dad fought back. Keep it up and god bless you for fighting back against a corrupt court system that gives the fathers no rights.

Just because you had a problem with the courts doesn't mean they shouldn't display the state and national flag. The courts represent everyone in Texas and the U. S., not just you.

I hope your problems get better and that you keep custody of your daughter, but really this is a rant, not a question. God bless.
