Why is there no Rolo in my Rolo Mc Flurry?

So,I went to McDonald's and I ordered a Rolo Mc Flurry. I pay for it and then I drive up and recieve it. I start to eat it and BAM! It tastes off. So I look at it when I get home and it is basically Smarties witout the colorful shell and a small amount of caramel sauce. Is this normal?
 
haha no there should be small pieces of Rolo in it, I would call them and let them know, they will most likely give you a free one next time you go.
