Why is there no power coming from my car stereo wires?

I have a Honda Accord 1992.My aftermarket deck stopped working suddenly one day. I decided i wanted to fix it because i needed some tunes in my car. I unwired everything and pulled the stereo out. One guy told me that my harness which connects to the back of my stereo and wires to my car wires needed fixing. So took it in to get it repaired,he also replaced and installed new red ignition and yellow constant wires. I went home to install my stereo.I accidently touched some wires together that were running from my car and i heard scratchy noises in the speaker. I installed the stereo,but it still didnt work. No power at all, after disconnecting the stereo again,this time i purposely touched some wires together but this time i did not hear nothing coming out of the speakers. I checked the radio fuse under my hood and it was fine.Then i checked the fuse under my steering wheel near the pedals on the left and that radio fuse was fine. So im wondering what else could the problem be if anyone could please give me some suggestions it would be very appreciated thank you
