T Thomas195 New member Mar 19, 2009 #1 The only edible BBQ was BBQ Baby Back Ribs at the Avi Hotel & Casino buffet near Laughlin, Nevada. I have never had bbq (not just ribs) in Las Vegas that were even close to being decent.
