Why is The Simpsons the best animated show in the whole world?

I mean EVERYbody watches The Simpsons and if u dont youre missing out.
Everyone at one point has seen it ..
And there episodes never get boring even when they repeat em lol...
 
I think you answered your own question, I agree The Simpsons is the best animated show. I've watched one episode (Catch em if you can) lots of times and I still like it.
 
OMG.
I actually love it, its like my life. Every little joke cracks me up. Its just tooooo funnyyy.
I have to admit, the newer episodes arent as good as the old.
 
It is a ground breaking show. It paved the way for the return of animation to prime time. I think there weren't any cartoons from the Flintstones to the Simpsons. Now there are tons.
