We are doing more than complaining. We are going to vote this piece of crap muslim anti-American frontman for global banking and marxism out, along with his pals in congress. (on both sides).
 
Have you seen the Tea parties on the news lately. This is the first time in my life I can remember right leaning protests on this scale. I think things have finally reached a point where the silent majority will be silent no longer.
 
The party of personal responsibility doesn't want to help rebuild the country that W's 8 yrs destroyed, they only want Obama to fail. That is their sole purpose right now. Just listen to their fat drug addicted leader, he's telling people not to buy American cars among other things. He said healthy people who exercise are the biggest drain on health care costs, and that California was going to ban black cars. Idiots, truly uneducated, unintelligent idiots.

You won ! Remember the republicans in the congress can hardly get a bill to the floor ! Yet MJackson dies and low and behold a Texas (D) congress women got one to the floor in 3 days ! Your folks in congress have some really good priorities ! Let's get M Jackson made a hero for sleeping with children ! Great idea !

Buy the way I have all ready called my Congressman this morning to advise them that I was not happy about a recent bill that they intend to vote against !
 
The party that touts personal responsibility hasn't taken any responsibility for their 8 terrible Republican years, their destruction of the economy, their pointless, false war in Iraq, their Patriot Act in violation of the Constitution, their hypocritical, adulterous politicians, and a slew of other bad behaviors. I don't think they ever understood the phrase.

You are right, they need to start offering up some solutions. Haven't seen anything useful from them for years.
 
We will do something when the power shifts in 2010 and poser gets voted out of office in 2012 so until then I have just 3 words for your party get a job

You are missing the point. Personal responsibility means that people get off their own butts to help their own selves, not to "get involved" and help "rebuild the country." Too many people blame everyone else for their situations. I have friends out of work and struggling who have no one to blame but themselves. They were living beyond their means before losing their jobs, didn't save a dime and now want sympathy. Sorry.

Your link is to a government bureaucracy. You think the only way to "get involved" is via the government? I am getting involved by working to educate others on the dangers of government intervention in the economy and government intervention in general. I am involved - just not in a way that is convenient for government bureaucrats.

People voted for Obama. So they wouldn't have to do anything. Continue, to be the lazy people, that they are. While riding the free bee line. Your culture grew that way.

The people will get involved and protest, but in Washington, Republicans have little influence. When Dems run the executive branch, House and Senate, they don't need the Republicans input, nor do they want it. Democrats want Republicans to agree with policies that they are ideologically opposed to. If Republicans ran everything and wouldn't include Dems, should Dems be expected to give up everything they believe in just to support the president? If the party in power wants bipartisan support, they have an obligation to seek out compromise, not bully tactics to get their way.
