Hi, I have scraped the old paint off my wall in my utility room and painted new paint onto the wall. However the paint is peeling off again. The room is hot heated but there is no damp.
You might be painting latex over oil based paint..latex won't stick to this...get yourself a good high stick primer from your local hardware store and then paint again..should be fine.
