Why is the media so in love with president Obama?

Why are there so few critics of Obama in the media? From his over-spending, to unemployment and the economy getting worse, to his cabinet not paying their taxes, to that Air Force One fly-over of lower Manhattan that terrified people into thinking another 9/11 was about to happen, from one disaster to another they have defended him or pretended these things never happened. So what is going on? This is especially true of CNN, MSNBC, NBC and CBS. Fox News has more critics on, luckily. Although Bush screwed up, we can't blame Bush forever, and criticizing Obama doesn't make you racist.
 
Great question. I don't understand why so many journalists have decided to stop being journalists and have become marketing specialists for their cause. The American people are not served well by having so many journalists that are obviously so biased.
