Reading a newsweek article today...shocked to see that in the article, they were reporting "evolution" as fact.
Quote from a newsweek article about health care / drugs.......
"since evolution shaped the brain to pay attention to and leap into action at threats posed by humans. (Evolution is too slow to have shaped us to become outraged by, say, lower reimbursement for branded drugs than generics.)"
http://www.newsweek.com/id/207103
This doesn't really surprise me as newsweek is known for it's liberal stance (that specific article itself is propoganda for universal health care), but I wouldn't expect them to go as low as to discuss evolution as if it is the standard fact.
Newflash to newsweek: MANY people do not believe in evolution and many people are proud to say they support the true teachings of the bible. Does newsweek really want to go down the path of offending Christians in this country? Because it seems they are doing that, and I for one will never be reading a newsweek article again. No wonder their sales have plumetted.
