Why is the judge telling me to come back to court Monday in my eviction of non paying...

...tenants case prepared? to prove that they should be evicted?? They haven't paid for Sep. rent at all and now it's Oct. 3, Oct rent is now due? He has all of the paperwork I filed incl. the lease which states clearly they must pay by the 3rd of every month. Why are my tenants continuing to live off of me??
 
Maybe you didn't draw up your petition in such a way as to get prompt action. You may need to amend it, to also claim October rent, depending on what was in original.
Judge may not be requiring you to come to prove they may be evicted, may be, you haven't given enough information.
