...steering is turned? My car has been in a recent flood, and when I took it for a test drive today I was turning the wheel and the front tires began to hit the sides of the car that surround it. I can barely turn without hearing the rubber grinding against the metal of the car. What do I need to do to fix this problem? How much will it cost me?
