Why is the England v Australia Test match being played in Wales?

Would Australians play a Test v England in New Zealand?

I have always known the series as England v Australia, hence the question!
 
Apparently they have been wanting to share it around. Wales is still in Britain.
Why the hell would the aussie play the poms in NZ??? doesnt make sense. they have home ground advantages for a reason. thats why they are called tests. and the ashes are the greatest test of all.
