Why is the Clinton / Bush debate in Canada, not the US?

Nobody in The United States of America cares about that debate.
If they want decent ratings they have to hold that debate in a place where there are some people who consider that debate to be important.

When we agreed that torture, phones being tapped, executive orders and the defiance of the constitution etc are OK we became the world's biggest banana Republic and we will now see more examples how far we let the CONs drag us down
