Why is the Christian Bale rant against Peter NOT in the Season 7 DVD of Family Guy?

The episode titled 'Oceans Three-and-a-Half' originally aired with the Christian Bale rant inserted in the scene where Peter and the guys plan the heist and they proceed to have a 'conversation.' Now it's been replaced with a Quagmire segue to a Jeff Bridges movie!
 
My guess would be because it was too long and it was pretty much a "joke of the week". It got a lot of press at the time but soon forgotten. I was probably deleted from the DVD versions because it would make little sense to the future watchers.
