military, you get nothing but excuses...? ..from US citizens? Ask about My Lai? They were VC (even the women, kids and old people). Ask about the shooting down of IranAir 655? It was the pilot's fault. Ask about the 600,000 Cambodian civilians dead as a result of Operation Menu? They were all Vietcong sympathizers. Ask about the Amiriyah shelter massacre? It was a chemical weapons facility. Ask about the USAF bombing of weddings in Afghanistan? They were Taliban members (even the women and kids). Why can't Americans accept that their military has a proven and demonstrable track record of targeting civilians?
patrick g and hank s; Both of your callous statements could be just as easily applied to the people killed on Sept 11th 2001.
george s; you are exactly the kind of apolgist I had in mind. Even when presenetd with irrefutable proof that the US military deliberately targets civilians, you pretend they were killed as "collateral damage". Why do halfwits like you never refer to the people killed in the Twin Towers attacks as collateral damage? Even with the US army machine gunning women and children at My Lai & Fallujah, you STILL make excuses. Unbelievable.
digitaldave; I would not live in the USA if they were giving houses away for free. If I wanted to live in a police state, I'd go to North Korea.
