Why is that when people go out to a restaurant they think they can just treat

the server like crap? I hate it when people say a place has bad service. If customers could open their freaking eyes and actually see how busy a server is. It takes time to make a milk shake people, and get 15 waters and get your drinks. Seriously are you that dumb? Do you really think that we disappear back into the kitchen and do nothing? Instead of community service, offenders should have to work as a server, and see how actually tough it is! And why is that if you feel you got bad service you tell the manager?The reason why most people who get bad service is because of lack of staff! I love how a customer can come in and see a half emptied restaurant and one server serving 50 people and take it out on the server! Really? Shouldn't you be blaming the manager or the owner for that one? Are you that naive that you cant see that the server is running their butt off for you and know that you are timing them? I know it's not rocket science people, but tell you what, rocket scientist couldn't do what we do! And why is that you want to see us in trouble? We don't come to where you work and try and get you fired for all the stuff you do! So the next time you go out to eat look around before you decide to stiff us! Notice how many tables your server has and what they are doing, and maybe you'll learn to appreciate how these people handle stress and still be able to serve with a smile on their face!
