...in the Constitution? I was reading the newspaper today and it says that Texas has passed legislation saying that you have to teach the kids in school that Separation of Church and State is not in the Constitution.

Why?

That doesn't sound like Barack Obama.
 
Likely because it is not there.
Congress shall not establish a religion....
Nor interfere with the free exercise of it.
Texas is just being honest.
Separation is a construct of the Supreme Court.
