Why is t-mobile over charging me?

I have a 2 year contract, and it's already been a year. 300 minutes and unlimited texts. But i got my bill for last month and it's saying it's £65! I didn't even use all my minutes, only using them for about 4 hours. And now this month has just started and I sent a message to see my allowence and it said they were charging me 28p more already, then i got another text just after saying it's 29p. I haven't been using the internet or wi-fi so I don't understand?? my sister used to have an internet stick on t-mobile too, and that was messing up!!
