Why is it allowable to even put a "rider" on any bill for any reason unless it directly affects the bills core issue??
Why must we put up with a "feeding frenzy" of what can I get stuck on this bill that saves babies so I know everybody will vote for it.
How are e as a people represented when an issue can be hidden or stuck to some thing we do want but the other stuff would never fly but we have to swallow it anyhow to get what we do want.
