Why is one of my fishes scales coming off? please help?

i got two fish last night and right now im keeping them into two separate pans. one of them is white and one is orange. i think they are both goldfish. well tonight the white goldfishes scales are coming off! i fed them a little corn meal mix but im feeding them real fish food tonight. please help!!
 
You probably keep them in a bowl. Goldfish require 20 gallons per fish for fancies and 50 per fish for commons. The tank water qualitly needs to be improved and anti-bacterial should be used to prevent infection. It may be too late to save them.
