Why is one of my fillipino classmates all weird?

My Fillipino classmate always are racist and wanna be rapist. He has something against Arabs, Koreans, and a few other peoples
 
This people is like that, they're rude and agressive
My aunt went to the Philippines and she came back regreting her visit, she said she was treaten badly, people there is too noisy and not really polite im not generalizing but most of the people is like that.
They like to ashame others as well, just take a look at the box fighters Manny Pacquiao and Donnie Nietes they both laugh at their foes when they kick their asses.
 
He probably hates his asian heritage and just wants to caucasian.
Or he has had tramatic experiences with all everything you said.
