Why is my Sprint Sierra Wireless internet card slow?

it could be the new wiring being place in the new house..if the house has internet or wifi,it could be interferring with your phone
 
I've been using it for a few months now and its been all good, but recently it started acting up, it has 0 signal bars, it roams allot and it takes about 5 minutes to load a page.

I'm not sure why this is doing this...But if it helps, it did start doing this when a house next door had started being built.

Is it slow because they are doing wiring, and is interfering with the signal? Cell phone signals have also been dropping calls, is there anyone that can tell me whats going on? Thanks.
