Why is my sister afraid of Google Maps? (NO JOKE)?

She's 9 years old and it's the most illogical thing I have ever seen. She wanted to know where Hungary was so I showed her on Google Maps and she started crying and was yelling at me to turn it off and I swear she almost had a panic attack.

Is there any possible reasoning behind this?
It's just so weird...
No! She's not joking. She seriously had a freak out. She cried and yelled at me to turn it off. I laughed at first (because I thought she was joking too) but then I seen she was really crying.
 
I have never heard of that. However, something doesn't necessarily have to be logical to be a fear. Google maps freaks me out because it's not just a map anymore, you can get closer to these people's houses without having to walk down the streets. Interesting fear though.
 
LMAO wth? She must think that people can spy on her, did she start freaking out when you showed her street level pictures? If she did, make sure that she understands that she's not being watched and that there's no cameras watching her. Like, she must think theres a video camera watching your house and stuff lol, so make sure she understands it's not like that.
But Google Maps is kind of scary, I saw my friends walking home from school on the street level pictures, but don't tell your sister I said that.
