My computer will not recognize the phone at all. When I plug it in, it sees it as a USB mass storage device that did not install properly. Nor is there anyway to install it properly. It doesn't require a driver, therefore none were made. It is supposed to be recognized as an MTP device and not USB as well. I have tried everything that I can think of and still can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
