I recently purchased a new Samsung Eternity A867 to replace my old phone, an LG CF360, because my old phone kept freezing and turning off. But when I put in my SIM card and all, I wasn't getting good service. I'll occasionally get a bar or two, but most times it's always no bars at all. I took out the battery and the SIM card and put them back in the phone multiple times, but still the same problem. Whenever I put the SIM card back into my old phone, I get good service, but with the Samsung Eternity I hardly get any service. I've missed many phone calls and text messages. And I really need help as to why I'm not getting service. Somebody please help me, I really need my phone. Thank you.
