why is my red tailed shark eating my other fishes fins?

its a 10 gallon tank with a red tailed shark and 2 mickey mouse fish and one barb and the sharks eating there fins

b/c sharks are semi aggressive. your ten gal tank is too small and he is trying to claim the territory for himself.
