Why is my puppy whining? Will she stop when she grows up?

I have a 4mnth old puppy, i just got her a few days ago. She whines soooo much and i don't know why. will she stop as she grows up
 
She's just scared and nervous in her new home. Give her some time to settle in. Has she completed her vaccination schedule? If so, then get her out and about to socialize her on walks, and trips to the store, friends/family's houses, etc.

Consider signing up for obedience training with her, this is a great way to develop a strong bond with your new puppy!
 
she wants her mother to jcome and get her and she is scared in her new surroudings. you should try to stay with her untill she is asleep or sleep with her, give a lot of attention, take her out side, and comfort her a lot trying her to for get about her mother and get her comfortable in her new surroundings...
