why is my old itunes account on my iphone and how do i get my new itunes...

...account onto it? i had to make a new itunes account because i forget my password to my old account. now that ive made a new account i still have my old account email on it(my iphone) and it says incorrect password and i cant get my new emaill address thing onto my iphone to download apps from the phone or music
