I've had this phone for few months, it used to be okay but now its EVER SO SLOW! 
i don't have many app downloaded and only have less than 400 music and less than 1000 pic and less than 3000 texts, is that what's causing this problem? because i know people who have more stuff than i do and their phone is fast.....please ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED , Thanks !!!

i've tried; Settings - Themes - General - Options - Theme effects Off
But still SLOW! please help ?
