My car is overheating..please help?

i have a mazda xedos 6
it is overheting.
i put water in the radiotor right, and when im driving like an house, the water will be leaking out from somewhere near the radiotor. i have checked that the water is not coming from anywere near the water pump. but then also today i just discovered i was low on oil. could that be the problem though to have water leaking in the engine? i have also been told to put oil, put anti freeze because it didnt have none of those....please help me. the headgasket is not blown out because there is no smoke or white smoke from exhuast.

OK. but umm...why is it that if there is a hole and lts say the engine is running and the car is moving, there is small amount of leaks, but when you stop and turn the engine off, the leak is increasing.
