Why is my jeeps body shifter over?

when my jeep sits on the flat ground the tires on the right side stick out 2 inches farther than the left like the body is shifted to the left. all the shocks are there and springs and the front controle arms are there and not lose. Any ideas?

Theirs no wheel spacers on the jeep i put the wheels on my self. Any ideas?
all the tires are the same tire rims are all the same there is no lifts and no spacers its a 89 jeep Cherokee witch is a uni body so there no chassis
 
looks like its been in a major accident only way to check is take to body shop and get them to check alignment
 
almost sounds like someone has wheel spacers on just one side of the wheels.
