Why is my internet trying (and failing) to connect to uversecentral1.att.com?

All the computers in my house use at t uverse for internet, and today, only on the computers ttying to wirelessly connect through this network have 5 bars but when i use my browser it doesnt connect. It says "the server at uversecentral1.att.com is taking too long to respond (it never responds)". Whats wrong, is it my router, network, or simply an at&t server issue
