Why is my homemade canned salsa so gassy?

I made and canned some salsa and it taste great but it makes us all really gassy and I dont like it. Did I do something wrong? I made sure to put plenty of lemon juice and added 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in each pint before adding the boiled salsa, sealing and then putting in the boiling bath for 20min. Im stumpted. please help
 
It's the presence of pepper and onions. Yours are fresher than the store's. Fresh food from the so-called sulfur group -- like garlic, peppers and onions -- will definitely make the gas kick in.
