I play tennis and I'm not too good at movement so maybe I tore something ib my foot..either way, my left foot, right in the middle has a sort of dull but stabbing pain when I step on something(example: stepping on the stairs with the middle of my foot). There's no obvious swelling or discoloration, which is why I haven't been concerned about it until now, because the tennis season has been over for a month, and I've had this pain in only my left foot for a couple months.
So can someone give me a diagnosis or at least an educated guess as to what happened to my foot?
