I uploaded videos to my facebook account, but its saying I don't have the latest adobe flash player installed. So I go to the site and download the player and it says it was successful. But the videos still won't play on facebook and its giving me the same message. I never had an earlier version of the flash player, so I cant uninstall it. I tried doing a system restore on my computer but it didn't work. What do I need to do? Is there a hotline service number I can call? I've had this Dell for 6 years now, and Im using Windows XP. Youtube videos work sometimes, but recently Ive been getting flash player error messages with them too. I don't understand why this is happening, and I'm not a computer technician. Do I need to hire someone to come look at my computer? PLEASE help me- I am very desperate right now for real solutions!
