why is my fish tank glass going orangy/yellow?

i have a new tank had it from end of july i did everything the booklets said but now 4 weeks on the last 2 days the glass in spots has turned like a orangy yellow colour i have changed the water and feed the 3 times aa week what could be the cause ?? its a tropical tank and have a mixture of 11 fish ! i dont have a sucker fish do i need one ??
 
it's just . . . messy stuff, I get it all the time. you can use these scraper things, I don't know what they are called ! they have a long handle then a little rectangle of plastic on the end. look in a pet shop. they sort of look like one of those things you use to get the ice of your car windows. well buy one of those and then scrape away from the inside of your tank and loads of dirt will come off. you can do your partial water change then or you could let the filter suck it up.
